All payments will be made via PayPal invoicing only.

Clients are not permitted to send unsolicited payments, and they will be immediately refunded if they do so.

Full refunds are only possible if I have not begun working on the artwork. Otherwise, the amount depends on work completed thus far* (see section 3)

I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time.

You will receive a work in progress for each stage of the artwork.

Within each stage, you are allowed (2) rounds of changes.

Once A) You have exceeded your rounds or B) You have approved the current WIP, additional changes requested for the given stage will include a $5 fee per round.

Once the artwork is completed, you will receive a high-resolution copy. You may also request a low-resolution copy if you plan to share the art.

Each commission has a hard deadline of 60 days within the payment. After this, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of how far I am in the process.

Each commission's completion time is unique based on many factors (complexity, position in the queue, LIFE, etc.)

While I do my best to give as accurate an ETA as possible, please understand that (unlike the 60-day deadline) it is not a concrete deadline. There may be things outside of my control that impact completion time.

Clients are permitted to use commissioned work for non-commercial purposes only.

Copyright for the artwork remains with the artist. Characters belong to their respective owners.

I reserve the right to publish all of my artwork.
